At Crowpot, we work to get your order to you safely and on time. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, charges, and tracking.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- Within Chennai: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Tamil Nadu: 3–6 business days
- Other states in India: 5–8 business days
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Any free-shipping offers will be clearly shown before you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by email or SMS so you can follow your shipment. You can also check status from your account under Track Order.
Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier partners, weather, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist you with any delivery concerns.
