• The item is not part of a clearance or non-returnable sale

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel, contact us as early as possible with your order number at crowpotchennai@gmail.com or +91 6380314030 (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Mon–Sat).

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the order, you may decline delivery or request a return after delivery, subject to the refund terms above.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment is collected if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with payment verification. In such cases, you will be notified and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
